On Yoga

No, no..... Yoga. As in, twist yourself up like a pretzel and don't forget to breathe deeply. That kind of yoga.

I love it!!

I hurt in places that haven't been stretched since the mid-80s, and yet, I love it.

Today could have been a really awful day. I had to make my final visit with Wonderful Therapist. I'm going to miss her a lot. She helped me so much and in so many ways. She was always the one who held out that beacon of hope when other health care professionals said, "Suck it up and live with it." She always believed there would be a way to get rid of the pain, and she was right. Thanks WT - you're the best. Do me a favour and never underestimate the profound effect you have had on my life and on the lives of many others. You make a difference.

When I say it "could" have been an awful day, I'm delighted to say that despite a few tears, I also knew it was time to say goodbye and that our work together was done.

That in itself is a gift.

You freakin' R-O-C-K!
I mean, like totally freaking rock, girlfriend!
Love the Martina song, have not seen video, and think it will go nicely with a Lent sermon. I have focus words for each Sunday on Lent and one is prayer!
Yay, you!!!!!!!

You're spot on BW, on both points. Goodbyes are tough, even the good ones.
